A customer service rep presented to have responded in a most timely manner giving me an attorney’s name and the approximate range of time the attorney would contact me. I was assigned Shawn Matian who called me in a very timely manner and spent 20 minutes with me at no charge with very sound legal advice. Mr. Matian treated me as if I was a preferential client even though we had never met. This was an exceptional experience
in service, advice and simply being human enough to care.
